Brett Reynolds brings over 25 years of financial leadership experience, including areas of profitability and cash flow enhancement, financial planning and analysis, revenue growth, M&A, financial systems, fundraising, strategic/operational planning, and Board/Investor relations.

Most recently, Brett spent four years as CFO at Resonetics, a high growth private equity backed contract manufacturing organization supplying the medical device and diagnostics industry. Prior to joining Resonetics, Mr. Reynolds was CFO for five years at Cogentix Medical, a publicly traded urology company where he worked with Mr. Hammers until the company was acquired by Laborie in April 2018. Mr. Reynolds was CFO of Synovis Life Technologies, a publicly traded medical device company, from 2015 until its acquisition by Baxter in 2012. Earlier career experiences included rising to senior manager at Deloitte, where he led audit engagements as well as performance management and M&A engagements. Brett received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting was well as his MBA in Finance / Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota, and is a CPA (inactive).
